How to hide the search icon from the DIY Website top bar

You do not need the search icon in the top bar because this is not a critical feature for your site. If you think it causes a distraction for the users set there. We understand that some businesses do not need it, so you can completely hide it from the top bar.

Here are the steps to hide it:

1. Login to your DIY Website admin page
2. Click on the top-left hamburger button to open the menu on the left 
3. Click on the "Pages" link
4. A list with webpages will open
5. Click the "Pencil" (edit) button on any page from the list.
6. The page will open
7. Click the first gear icon on the far right to open the header section menu.
8. The menu has a "Hide Search" button.
9. Use it to hide or display the search icon (link) on your DIY Website top bar.
